ASHLAND THEATRE
| This theatre is located near the college Randolph Macon, in the heart of Ashland, VA. It's been around for years, but it closed a while back. Around the year 2000, the whole place was gutted and reconditioned. In 2018, around Christmas time, the theatre was once again reopened after a 2 year renovation, with a cost of over 2 million dollars. Learn more about this historic theatre HERE. |

In the 70's, I would walk up to the Roses at the Village Shopping Center, and buy the latest 45 records. That store became Standard Drug, then People's Drug I think, then CVS Pharmacy. However, this Ashland location is still open as of December, 2018. |
