On the weekend of  October 9, 2004, Pingeek headed to York, PA for the one and only York Show (aka The White Rose Gameroom Show), held annually at The York Fairgrounds and Expo Center. This was the eighth annual show, which Pingeek has attended since 2000.

This pinball show takes place every year in October at the York, PA fairgrounds.  This was the first pinball show which Pingeek videotaped, and the only time an 8 mm camcorder was used, so the color isn’t quite as sharp as my other dvds offered. This dvd begins by showing a brief five minute tour of Old Sled Works’ Penny Arcade in Duncannon, PA. 

Next, you’ll see The York Show from Thursday setup to Saturday afternoon as the show winds down.  Games seen include Fathom, Four Million B.C., Hang Glider, Goldball, a Jennings Sportsman 30’s pinball machine, and a real treat: Ace High and Blackjack, two vintage electromechanical classics shown inside and out.  Saturday coverage includes a walk through the outdoor flea market, then it’s more pins including: Seawitch, Alien Poker, Tri-Zone, Jive Time, Mata Hari, Royal Flush, Whitewater, Duotron, plus a few others.
